- Travel Details — passport information, date of birth, traveler preferences, dietary or accessibility needs, and traveling companions
- Payment Information — billing address and payment card details (processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
- Account Information — login credentials, membership details, and trial/demo registration data
- Communications — messages, call recordings (where permitted by law), feedback, and survey responses

We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information for money.
- Travel suppliers and partners — We share booking details with airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, ground transportation providers, insurers, and other suppliers as necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements. Once your information is shared with a supplier, that supplier’s own privacy policy applies to its use of your data.
- Service providers — Companies that help us operate, including payment processors, hosting providers, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, email and SMS platforms, analytics providers, and customer support tools.
- Corporate clients — If your travel is booked through your employer or a corporate retreat, we may share itinerary and booking details with that organization.
- Legal and safety — When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
- With your consent — Any other sharing you direct or authorize.
Some U.S. state privacy laws treat certain types of advertising-related sharing as a “sale” or “share” even when no money changes hands. See Section 8 for your rights and how to opt out.
To arrange international travel and corporate concierge services (including in the Dominican Republic and other destinations), we may transfer your information to suppliers, partners, and service providers located outside your country of residence. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your home jurisdiction. By using our Services, you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account or membership, comply with our legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and travel-industry record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or de-identify it.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in some jurisdictions) without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
The Site may link to third-party websites — including those of airlines, hotels, suppliers, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for those sites’ privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Terms and Conditions
Sunscape Travel is a travel agency that helps clients plan and book leisure and corporate travel, including couples getaways, family vacations, Disney and attractions packages, city and cultural trips, adventure travel, destination weddings, group travel, and corporate retreats. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Sunscape Travel acts as an independent travel agent. We arrange travel services that are provided by third parties — including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, insurance providers, and other suppliers (collectively, “Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers.
Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions, fares, fees, cancellation rules, and refund policies, which will apply to your booking in addition to these Terms. By booking with us, you agree to those Supplier terms.
Sunscape Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, delay, cancellation, or other loss arising from them. Where Sunscape Travel’s liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as set out in Section 13.
- Quotes and availability — Prices, availability, and itineraries are subject to change until your booking is confirmed and full payment (or the required deposit) has been received.
- Deposits and balances — Some bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Final balances are typically due by a date set by the Supplier. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
- Service fees — Sunscape Travel may charge planning, booking, change, and cancellation fees in addition to Supplier fees. These fees will be disclosed before you book.
- Currency and taxes — Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may not include all taxes, fees, gratuities, resort fees, baggage fees, or local charges, which may be payable directly to the Supplier.
- Errors — Despite our care, errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any booking made based on an inaccurate price.
Changes and cancellations are governed primarily by Supplier rules. Many travel products are non-refundable or carry significant penalties.
- Requests to change or cancel must be made in writing to sales@travelsunscape.com during business hours.
- Refunds, if any, follow the Supplier’s policy and timing — Sunscape Travel cannot issue a refund for amounts we have not received back from the Supplier.
- Sunscape Travel’s planning and service fees are non-refundable once services have been performed.
- “No-shows” and unused portions of a trip are typically non-refundable.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents — including passports, visas, entry permits, vaccination records, and any health documentation required by your destination, transit country, or carrier. Names on bookings must match your government-issued identification exactly. Sunscape Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, fines, or losses caused by missing or incorrect documents.
You should consult the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov), the CDC (cdc.gov/travel), and your destination’s official sources for current entry requirements, travel advisories, and health information.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, evacuation, and lost or delayed baggage. If you decline travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses arising from cancellation, interruption, illness, injury, or other events affecting your trip.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or other users’ experience
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Site or its content without our written permission
- Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or other users’ experience

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and the “Sunscape Travel” name — are owned by Sunscape Travel or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All other use requires our prior written consent.
The website and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunscape Travel disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunscape Travel, including its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the website, our services, or any travel arrangements—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the total amount of service fees you paid directly to Sunscape Travel in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sunscape Travel and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
Sunscape Travel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics or public-health events, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, supplier failures, or disruptions to transportation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. [Insert your chosen forum, e.g., “Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.”]
